Submit tickets for account, subscription, connection, route, billing, and refund issues through the user panel. The more complete the description, the more directly the issue can be investigated.

Tickets preserve the full context and are best for ongoing troubleshooting. Email and Telegram will only be enabled once a verified address is officially published on this site. Do not send account details to addresses not published here.

User Panel Tickets

Use tickets for issues that need ongoing follow-up, including accounts and subscriptions, client connections, international route selection, Alipay / WeChat / USDT payment records, and refund requests. Submit after signing in and view replies on the same page.

BEFORE SUBMITTING

Prepare Before Submitting

Start with one sentence describing the goal, such as “The target service is inaccessible after connecting” or “I need to verify my subscription status.” Then include your platform, selected region, when the issue occurred, steps already tried, and screenshots that show the symptoms. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux.

Connection and Route Issues

Include the client platform, current connection region, target website or tool, error message, and whether switching to another route changes the behavior. UWVPN covers 120+ countries / 250+ routes; region and route details can help support narrow down the issue.

Account and Subscription Issues

Submit through the user panel while signed in, and never share your password or complete payment credentials. Registration requires only a username and password—no email address is needed. If the issue concerns your subscription status, say whether it occurred during activation, renewal, or an upgrade.

Billing and Refund Issues

Specify the payment method used and the corresponding order status. The service supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT and offers 60-day no-questions-asked refunds. Submit refund requests through a ticket so the process remains documented.

RESPONSE FLOW

How Tickets Are Handled

Tickets are handled in submission order. Issues with complete account or order details are generally easier to verify directly; connection problems may require additional diagnostic information based on the device environment, route selection, and error symptoms.

This site does not publish a fixed response time, so no specific timing promise is made. Submitting the same issue repeatedly can split the context; continue replying in the original ticket instead. If the issue changes, add the latest symptoms and results of your tests.

Check the Guides Before Opening a Ticket

For common client import, connection checks, and route selection questions, start with the Support Center and Quick Start pages. If the issue persists, include the troubleshooting steps you have completed in your ticket to reduce repeated checks.
