This policy explains how UWVPN collects, uses, retains, and deletes data when providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services. Please review these rules before using the service.

Data We Collect and Why

No email address is required during registration; a username and password are sufficient. UWVPN therefore does not collect an email address as a mandatory registration field. Account data is primarily used for authentication, maintaining sign-in status, managing subscription entitlements, and handling service requests submitted by users.

Order records include the selected plan, payment status, transaction identifier, activation status, and necessary billing information. They are used to complete orders, verify service entitlements, process refund requests, and resolve transaction disputes. To maintain account security and service stability, the system may also process login times, IP addresses, browser types, device environments, and records of unusual requests.

Website analytics may include visited pages, referral pages, browser categories, and approximate regions in aggregated form. This information helps verify page performance, improve navigation, and investigate technical issues. Analytics are used for overall analysis, not to build individual browsing profiles.

No-Logs Position and Connection Data

UWVPN does not record which websites users visit or retain webpage content, communications, or DNS queries that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. The service does not create a history of users' cross-border access for marketing analysis.

To handle traffic accounting, route scheduling, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention, the system may temporarily process necessary technical data such as connection times, exit routes used, traffic volume, connection results, and error states. This data is retained only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose. Once that purpose is complete, it is deleted or converted into aggregated data that cannot be directly linked to a specific account. Technical records are not maintained as a long-term history of the websites users access.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website may use Cookies or browser local storage to save sign-in status, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary security markers. This data supports sessions, reduces repeated actions, and helps the user panel function properly. It is not used to sell personal information.

Users can clear this data through their browser settings. After clearing it, sign-in status and some preferences may need to be configured again. If necessary storage is completely disabled, account sign-in, order management, or client downloads may not function properly.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

The service supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment channel or blockchain network, and their respective privacy rules govern payment credentials and verification procedures. UWVPN generally receives only result information needed to complete an order, such as the transaction identifier, amount, status, and time. It does not store complete credentials for third-party payment accounts.

Account and order data is not provided to unrelated third parties except when necessary to complete payments, provide infrastructure, comply with applicable legal obligations, or handle disputes. Entrusted technical service providers may process data only within the scope needed to perform the specified service and must apply safeguards appropriate to their responsibilities.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account information is retained while subscription services continue or while the account remains needed. Order and transaction records are kept for the period required to fulfill billing, refund, dispute-resolution, and applicable legal obligations. Security incident and fault records are retained only as long as needed for investigation and handling, then deleted or de-identified.

Users may request deletion of their account and deletable associated data through a ticket in the user panel. After receiving a request, UWVPN will verify control of the account and process data that no longer needs to be retained. Records that must temporarily be kept for an incomplete order, refund dispute, security investigation, or legal obligation will be deleted after the relevant purpose ends.

This policy may be updated when service features, processing procedures, or applicable rules change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. If there is a significant change to data processing, notice will also be provided through the user panel. Please review the latest version before continuing to use the service.
