Service Coverage and Scope
UWVPN provides international network acceleration and global route connectivity to improve connection quality when accessing international websites, online tools, and digital content. The service covers 120+ countries / 250+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions, routes, and platform access points actually available are those shown in the user panel at the time of use.
Route availability may change due to network conditions, device status, destination service policies, maintenance schedules, or other technical factors. A subscription grants permission to use network resources within the available service scope; it does not guarantee continuous access to any specific website, app, content region, or fixed route.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for connections, configurations, and subscription actions made through their account. If credentials may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and check the subscription status in the user panel.
An active subscription has no device limit, but the account, subscription links, route configurations, and access credentials are intended solely for the registered user to manage and use. They must not be shared with unrelated third parties or publicly posted, nor may the service be resold, rented out, opened on behalf of others, or distributed commercially in any other way. Users are responsible for traffic usage, configuration exposure, or account risks caused by voluntarily sharing credentials.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the plan, traffic allowance, and account details before submitting an action; the subscription status and remaining traffic shown in the user panel are authoritative.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and to the relevant use case, and must independently determine whether their access activities are lawful. The service may not be used to carry out or assist with rights violations, unauthorized system access, malware distribution, cyberattacks, fraud, harassment, unsolicited messages, illegal transactions, or other unlawful activities.
Users must not disrupt the normal operation of routes, servers, the user panel, or other users' access; attempt to evade reasonable access controls, traffic measurement, or account management mechanisms; or conduct destructive probing of service interfaces. UWVPN may impose restrictions as necessary to maintain service security, address valid complaints, or fulfill compliance obligations.
Service Availability and Liability Limits
International connections are affected by local networks, carrier routing, device configuration, destination service rules, and public network conditions. UWVPN maintains its routes and service access points but does not guarantee consistent connection performance in every region, on every device, or with every destination service. Some features may be temporarily limited during scheduled maintenance, incident response, or route changes.
Users should retain important configurations and business data themselves and confirm connection status before performing important actions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for interruptions, data loss, or indirect losses caused by device failures, incorrect configurations, changes to third-party services, public network disruptions, force majeure, or events beyond UWVPN's reasonable control.
Suspension and Termination
If an account is resold, a subscription is publicly shared, network resources are maliciously consumed, service operation is disrupted, third-party rights are infringed, applicable laws are violated, or these terms are seriously breached, UWVPN may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service based on the level of risk. To address security incidents or valid complaints, the service may also temporarily restrict the relevant account and determine further action after completing the necessary review.
Users may stop using the service and manage their account and subscription through the user panel. Stopping use does not automatically cancel completed subscription actions or alter recorded traffic usage. Eligibility for refunds and the applicable process are governed by the separate refund policy.
Terms Updates and Refund Guidance
UWVPN may update these terms in response to service changes, technical developments, or compliance requirements. Updated content will be published on this page, along with a revised last-updated date. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, stop using the service and manage any existing subscription through the user panel.
